Significa que agora têm um tempo que pode ser ajustado pelo pessoal do DCS para dificultar o pessoal a soltar vários combos seguidos na mão com com macros.
De acordo com Miss Wright:
14:32] Miss Wright: I believe macros cheat, but until we find a way around to script around it theres nothing we can do about it, so people yes, are cheating, so we added a timer between combos to keep people from cheating so much
